ATLAS, the vision of the Parkview Square owners, the Hwang family, will breathe new life into the next phase of the iconic landmark. A celebration of the Art Deco period, ATLAS, a grand lobby and bar, is to welcome all-day drinking and dining deep into the night, an emulation of the European grand lobbies of this period.
The ATLAS Gin Collection will provide the world’s most diverse and thoughtfully curated physical compilation of this popular spirit. Assembled in an impressive ceiling-high tower, the display will form the centrepiece of the expansive venue. Appointed by Master of Gin, Jason Williams, the selection includes everything from 1910 London dry gins to the best of modern craft gins from the far corners of the world, many of which have been generously contributed by their distillers, whilst others have been hand-carried from far and wide by new and old friends.
Head Bartender Roman Foltán and Maître D' Carla Davina Soares bring a combined expertise of refined yet personal service. Roman, recognised as one of Europe’s leading bartenders and a modest member of the Forbes 30 Most Talented People Under 30 list, will deliver elegant Art Deco inspired cocktails prepared with precision and passion. Carla will channel her worldwide experience to ensure each guest receives ‘real’ hospitality – a warm arrival and a unique engaging experience, time after time. The talented duo join ATLAS from London’s award-winning Artesian at The Langham, where the World’s Best Bar accolade was achieved none other than four consecutive times.
Beneath the bar lies a bespoke rose gold walk-in Champagne Room housing the ATLAS Champagne Collection. Guests are invited to taste the rare treasures from one of Asia’s most sought-after Champagne lists, some of which have been personally selected from the Parkview Family cellar, and others which originate from the finest Champagne houses in the world today.
A blend of European influences make dining at ATLAS an all-day affair: from a selection of viennoiserie in the morning, through lunch, afternoon high tea, and dinner, to delightful bar food late into the evening. Each dish has been painstakingly researched by Executive Chef talent Daniele Sperindio, formerly of The Tippling Club Group, to offer contemporary and artful renditions of the classic flavours of Art Deco Europe.
